Intentions- Good or Bad

Just now while coming back from market. I saw a van carrying school children. It stopped in the traffic. Near by some men were playing Holi with colours. Those children in the van mostly small girls started giggling, laughing and surprised to see those men playing Holi. Now when those men saw the girls laughing and enjoying they put their hands inside the van through windows as it was opened and started putting colours on them. The men and girls all seem to enjoy. At first glance that was looking very cute. It brought a smile on my face initially. Actually Holi is such a festival where you can put colours on strangers or on your worst enemy and make them your friends forgetting every bitter feelings. So in a way it was nice. To me it didn’t look ugly but on second thought I felt uneasy. This man has no business to touch those small girls. I was torn between two feelings. In our days when I was small it was generally normal. Child abuse, molestation was not so common. But these days it has become so difficult to trust somebody. Why have we become like this! It is sad that even if we want, we can’t think normal.
Just the other day heard in news that some girls were thrown semen filled balloons at. How gross and disgusting!
It is these kind of news that make us doubt the good intentions.
I would still like to believe that it was all in good intentions. My sixth sense says!
