Luau inspired birthday party for children!

Brightly colored balloon fragments are particularly tempting to birds and fish (if they wash into waterways) so it is incredibly important to keep balloon-play confined to one area and then properly clean up afterward.
All in all, it looks like it will be a seriously fun party!!!
