Story:
John David Gosch (November 12, 1969; disappeared September 5, 1982) was a 12-year-old paperboy in West Des Moines, Iowa, when he disappeared without a trace on September 5, 1982. No remains were ever found and the circumstances of Gosch's disappearance remained unexplained. He is presumed to have been kidnapped.
His mother, Noreen Gosch, maintains that Johnny Gosch escaped from his captors and visited her with an unidentified man in March 1997, she claimed that her son told her that he was the victim of a pedophile organization and was cast aside when he was too old but now fears for his life and lives under an assumed identity and feels it is not safe to return home. Gosch's father, John, divorced from Noreen since 1993, has publicly stated that he was not sure whether or not such a visit actually occurred. Authorities have not located Gosch or confirmed Noreen Gosch's account, and his fate continues to be the subject of speculation, conspiracy theories, and dispute.
The case received publicity in 2006 when his mother claimed to have found photographs on her doorstep depicting Gosch in captivity. Some of the photos received were proven to be children from a case in Florida, but one boy in the photos was never identified. Noreen Gosch insists that boy is her son Johnny.
Johnny Gosch's picture was one of the first to feature on milk cartons as an attempt to help finding missing children.
Disappearance:
September 5, 1982. In the suburb, Johnny starts to work on his paper route. His father usually accompany him but these dawn their dog did it, at this dawn the personal of ‘’The Des Moines Register’’ say that they’ve see Johnny starts to working this morning. But this day some family calls to the Des Moines Register and say that Johnny don‘t deliver the paper this day.
Johnny’s fathers call to police and report that Johnny disappears, Johnny Gosch disappear those day and he wasn’t seen again. Johnny was kidnapped while delivering newspaper. Some witnesses say that they are sure of see Johnny working, and other say that when he see through the window he saw Johnny being forced to get on a car, a car Ford, color blue, get closer the child like there are asking for indications and the people on the car starts following Johnny on his route, Johnny find other Paperboy and tell him that the sir of the blue car are so strange, he are scared and want to go home, moments after, the witnesses see how Johnny was forced to get on a car.
Johnny’s Mom contact mediums to know about Johnny, because the police department say that they have to wait 72 hours to fill de disappearance report and start to looking for Jhonny. Noreen Gosch desperate begun to search by herself, contacts mediums, called friends, people and stars a investigation by herself, a medium say that Johnny was kidnapped to be get on the traffic and child’s prostitution.
Noreen Gosch, Johnny’s mother say that she see Johnny in March, 1997. She counts that it was 2 a.m. and she still awakened by a knock at her door apartment, outside was Johnny Gosch whe he was 27-years-old, accompanied with a man that she never seen before, Johnny recognize her immediately and she recognize him. She says ‘’we talk about an hour or an hour and a half, He was with another man but I have no idea who the person was, Johnny would look over to the other person for approval to speak’’ ‘’He didn’t say where he’s living or where he was going’’ and she said she see two pictures of Johnny Gosch on a website featuring child pornography.
In the meantime, Johnny Gosch was seen six months later, One girls say that she’s at market parking and a child get closer and say that his name are Johnny Gosch and he was kidnapped and she say that two men took Johnny by his arms and take away fastly. Johnny’s father receive a bills that say ‘’I’m Alive. –Johnny Gosch’’. Denver was found a graffiti on a wall that said ‘’Johnny Gosch was here’’ . Noreen Gosch in her investigation found that the police department, FBI and CIA, was involved at this traffic networks, and she write a book about it ‘’Why Johnny can’t come home’’. In 2006 Noreen gosch receive on mail, two pitures, like we can see, it have 3 child like they are kidnapped, never know who was sent that.
Johnny today still missing, missing for 36 years.
