Panorama- Photomerge in Photo Shop- Tutorial
These are the photos I used to make the Panoramic image. All these photos are taken by my mobile Lava A77. I kept the device in a position and roughly turned in an equal degree and clicked the shots.
Open the PhotoShop and click File>Automate>photomerge
A popup window will come you select cylindrical and Content Aware Fill Transparent Area click OK
Content Aware Fill Transparent Area option will automatically calculate the pixels and fill the empty area while stitching the images, we will look ho it works later in this post.
Select the images you have chosen for panoramic stitching, and click OK.
PhotoShop will calculate automatically and stitch the photos into a panoramic view.
If you not select the Content Aware Fill Transparent Area option your panorama will like the below photo, you have to manually cut, crop and fill your photo.
Take pictures just keeping and overlapping angles which means the edge of the photo should contain and share some common pixels. Some reference objects are needed where the photos are getting stitched, the edges. I just take this shots for demonstration only, you can view my photos and it is not so accurate, but it will help you to understand what to do. Try different angles different overlapping angles with your mobile or camera.
Purpose is to show the photomerge command's function only.
