Nando Discovers the Festive Taste of Christmas
Nando’s is a favourite all year around and Christmas time is no exception, lol.
Being big fans of this popular chain of restaurants, @ezzy and I went to our local Nando’s last night and enjoyed some of these delicious Portuguese-style chicken dishes together with their delicious peri-peri marinades!
The Nando’s restaurant has gone all festive with Christmas features littered all over the place. Allow me to share some photos with you.
Not only does the interior decoration look the part, but Nando’s also got into the festival spirit with their special Christmas menu, featuring twists on their peri-peri favourites. For example, the "Peri-Berry Burger". They even offer their own peri-peri style gravy to complement your chicken, chips and spicy rice for the first time ever!
We opted for the whole peri-peri chicken with "Mango & Lime" sauce, as well as green peas, chips and spicy rice as the sides. The portion are very generous and delicious with every bite. OMG, this simply cannot be beaten!
We would happily swap out our dry turkey breast for some grilled peri-peri chicken any time of year, haha!

well there is a fake nandos, but U hear its not the same at all.
I hope you can try the "real" Nandos someday. :)

Peri peri sauce is great. I've seen that sold in some supermart too but never thought I'll buy them.
I bought some but it didn't taste the same as in the restaurant for some reason, lol.
