Exploring the Fantastic "Forbidden Planet"
“Forbidden Planet” is one of the favourite stores of my hubby and I. We went there last Saturday and spent a lovely afternoon browsing around.
Located in Covent Garden, this megastore is pretty huge and houses a really good variety of merchandise for sale. If you are an types of fan of comics, manga, animation or sci-fi films, you would love this place. It is packed with so much content, you could easily spend 2 hours in the store just to get through all the products on display, lol.
I love those figurines and replica weapons on display behind the large glass window, in particular. Thanos from Infinity War looked absolutely amazing!
There is also a huge collection of comics, graphic novels, books and other such merch in the basement section. It’s like heaven for me as I really enjoy reading Japanese anime books as well as watching them. “Spirited Away” made by Studio Ghibli is one of them, as is “Case Closed” (also known as “Detective Conan”)!
If you are ever around the area, I would highly recommend popping in and checking the place out. Enjoy!
