Enjoying Summer Barbecues While the Sun Shines / 享受夏日最后的烧烤时光

If you are living in the UK, you would know this summer has been fantastic in terms of the weather. It has been much warmer than in previous years which makes this summer more enjoyable for outdoor activities.

I think it’s probably fair to say that nothing beats a sizzling summer BBQ with family and friends! I really loved the soothing fresh air filled with the sweet smell of sizzling meat as well as the crack of beers opening. Something about barbecues that really appeals to me, lol.

So we did exactly that a few days ago, barbecuing with good friends in the garden and trying to catch the last bits of summer here. The BBQ grilled lobster halves with garlic butter sauce was the highlight for me, ready in no time at all and unbelievably delicious!

今年英国的天气特别棒，比往年要暖和并且持久，非常适合户外活动。

在炎炎夏日，没有什么比和家人朋友在自家后花园烧烤更爽的了，呵呵！我好喜欢空气中弥漫的烤肉味道，以及开啤酒瓶盖的响声，这也许是我爱上烧烤的原因吧！

所以前几天我和朋友相约，希望抓住夏日的尾巴最后再烧烤一次！不知道大家有没有烧过龙虾，配上蒜蓉奶油酱，真是超级美味哦!
