250 Million Dollar Mining Campus in Montana
Low cost electricity has become quite a commodity for miners of cryptocurrency. For mining to be cost effective electricity must be available for a low cost and must also be scalable.
Montana is fast becoming a hot spot for cryptocurrency investors who are interested in mining and investing in Blockchain startups. Butte, Montana will soon become home to what is being called a “mining campus”. Over the next few years, a total of 251 Million dollars will be invested to both create and upgrade facilities to mine cryptocurrency including Bitcoin.
As more and more states embrace the obvious business opportunities provided by the cryptocurrency revolution, we may see new centers of wealth pop up in places like Wyoming and Montana which are friendly to the Blockchain industry.
We have already seen legislation in some states proposing tax breaks and business incentives to crypto businesses and start ups. What could be more appealing than mining cryptocurrency amidst the beauty of Montana?
