Amn Tuweev, the longtime governor of the Kemerovo region, resigned on Sunday in a recent shopping mall in a shopping mall in Russia. At least 64 people have died in the fire incident, mostly children. Newspaper agency AFP

A message from the governor's office said, "The Governor of Kemarovo region Aman Bieweway resigned. His resignation has been handed over to Russian President Vladimir Putin. 'Uzayev has been the governor of the region since 1997.
