Why you should use or don't use bots ( Buying Upvotes )

Using bots or buying upvotes become very usual these days. Almost everyone use to buy upvotes from bots.
Many are saying that the price of Steem dollar is increasing because of the use of bots increased from last some months and the number of bots ( Upvotes Provider ) are also increasing day by day.

Today i will discuss about the pros and cons of using bots.

Pros

• Attractions - The best ever benefit of using bots is gain attraction. If you are a minnow or struggling in this platform like me, then you know the value of attraction matters how much.

By using bots we can gain extra attraction by going on the trending posts of the specific tags. For example if you use tag Steemit then you need to have 300+ earnings to be in trending. Here the benefit of bots start. We can use bots to get big upvotes, who will send our post to trending. Where we will get proper attraction and if the post is really valuable then you can earn high.

• Steem power- Another big benefit of using bots is steem power. If you are using a good upvote bot then the most profitable upvotes you can get will be 268% or above (Why 268%, I Will Explain Below).

Profitable Upvote

Let, you are spending 1 Steem dollar to buy upvote and You have got a $2.68 (268%) upvote then, let me do some math-

2.68 - 25% (Curation) = 2.01
2.01 x 50% (50 % Sbd And 50% Steem Power ) = 1.005 [Because of the high price of the Steem we are not getting 50% as Steem power]

So in last, after 7 days as payout you will get 1.005 Steem dollar back what you have spent for buying upvote, and also the free Steem power, that's why 268% or above upvote is the most prfitable

If you are using your Sbd to convert in Steem and power up then stop now, instead of using them to power up you can use those Steem dollar to buying upvotes.

Here is why - As per today Steemit internal market rate you will get $1.116 steem for $1 Steem dollar. Which is not a good option (For Power Up) in my opinion.
We know that if we have set our payout to (50%-50%) then we will get 50% as Steem dollar and 50% ( Fluctuate With Price ) as Steem power and if we use Steem dollar to buy upvotes and manages to get 268% upvote then we can earn free Steem power as you can see in my above calculation.

Personally, i use bots but sometimes, not every time.

Cons

• Whale Upvote - Steemit have some whales with large voting power who upvotes posts if they think it is undervalued and if you are using bots for buying upvotes then you are missing or getting less value upvotes from whales.

Why - For example you are not using bots and you posted a article which is undervalued( Let Your Post Is Undervalued By $10 Upvote) if you came in the eyes of a whales then it will give a upvote as per the worth of your content( $10 ).

But other side if you are using bots and you posted a artical which is undervalued (Let Your Post Is Undervalued By $10 Upvote ) and you have used bots for buying upvotes and you have paid for a $10 upvote then your post is not more undervalued because you have already received upvotes for the post.
That's why using upvote bot can make you miss the free upvote from whale ( Instead Of Paid One ).

• Garbage contents - Many users are not providing quality contents and using bots for buying upvotes which cause the garbage posts in the trending and because of this the users who are creating quality content by spending all their time and not using upvote bots are not getting attraction that's why many of them are leaving Steemit. This is not good for the growth and quality of the community.
