As far as I know he went to PSG to get out of Messi's shadow. Now he is asking for Messi's permission to do what he wants to. It sounds nonsense to me. I know they are friends but I think only the rivalry between them can help Neymar to win Ballon d'Or. Look at Ronaldo!
