Capturing the Moment

Anyone who has been around me for any length of time is keenly aware that I like to take photos and capture special moments with my smartphone or camera.

My girlfriend calls me a paparazzi. Additionally, my granddaughter has put a limit on the number of photos that I can take of her.

Interestingly enough, whenever there is a funeral or an event where photos are needed for a presentation, I am the first person that many of my family members will call.

Sometimes it is hard to “live in the moment” and “capture the moment” on film or digitally. Yet as I get older, I am so glad that I can look back through my photos and relive special moments or wonderful trips that I’ve taken.

There are really some great photographers on the platform and I admire all of the beautiful images captured through their lenses.
