Drawing #Hulk (PROCESS / TUTORIAL) #Drawing
Hello community today I bring you material from #Marvel taking advantage of the fact that the release of the awaited film #AvengersInfinityWar is already near which as a good marvelite fan I am looking forward to it, I present my drawing of Bruce Banner as #Hulk in the third installment of Thor #ThorRagnarok
Hulk is one of my favorite characters in this franchise, it is not the first time I draw it and that is something quite strange in my position that I do not usually repeat characters but, this one deserved it, the CGI in Marvel every day is better and more realistic , bringing this moody character to real life, I always enjoy placing new challenges and in this portrait it was like that, a real challenge, since the green skin is not something simple, if you notice in the image on the drawing there are many scratches with different shades of green since I had to slowly try colors and mixtures to get the green of my character.
Take several breaks in the skin since it had many details, as seen in the following image the facial hair and pores of your skin give a more realistic touch to the drawing, rested painting the hair with some gray hair on it, coloring each hair and then lightening areas with a white color and making loose hair scraping the leaf with a thin blade.
A great tip that I can give you is that when you are drawing never analyze your creation from close, all work is appreciated from afar as all the details form a whole in tune showing the true result.
Sometimes it is very difficult for me to leave my personal habit of leaving my mouths to draw them last and this was no exception culminate the whole face leaving only the mouth unfinished maybe it is because for me the mouth represents a separate area of the face at the time of to draw.
In the following image you can see the face culminated with all its details of that expression that gives us the sensation of sound in our work.
As explained in previous posts I always make a base of grays to mark the shadows before placing the color of the area, here we can see the previous shadows of the neck and shoulders marking both shadows and illuminations on their skin.
The background is made with pastel chalks which you can use and brush with your fingers and then with a brush (it can be one of teeth that you no longer use) rub all the areas eliminating the excess of chalk on the paper, this helps us to accentuate the color, blur it, and the most important thing is that when there are no excesses the main drawing will not get stained, you can also apply spray lacquer in the areas with chalk but I like my method more.
Well I hope you liked this mixture of tutorial process of my portrait of Hulk, be attentive to my post that I have a couple more drawings related to #MARVEL.
Most of my drawings are of that franchise ;)
