Can ANGER be constructive?

The common saying is that "anger destroys"
but the thing is have u thought about the creative part of it...

See,Firstly I know what I said...I said "Creative"

There's a YORUBA proverb that says;
--- T'aba sun ekun,Oye Ki ama ri'ran

~Translation~ ; When we cry we should be able to see.

~Actual meaning~ ; Be careful of your emotions clouding your judgement

The actual thing is being angry is a thing that can't be avoided and its caused by alotta things.

 But being able to handle the actual cause of the anger was why I added that proverb above & by so doing make u much more able to use ur head before u listen to the heart

So can it be actually CONSTRUCTIVE?

On the other hand if u do actually destroy something with anger there's always a factor that could help and that is...;

- Time.

Its helps in getting to know yourself more and its important to rebuild or regain things that u have lost.

-Talking about it.
This is another one of the constructive parts of anger sometimes it could help motivate and sometimes it just opens ur eyes to another method of handling the situation.

Those are the constructive parts that work for me i hope they help.
