Health advice post. This is really helpful and useful cos health is wealth

Sleeping and eating without exercise is so risk for the body, even the aged people need exercise but should not be much

Everyone needs some form of exercise. You do not have to be a super athlete of marathoner before you take that leap, do the little you can from where you stand and you will be helping your heart a great deal.
