The Vishweshwara most powerful God of India and very sacred and famous among Hindus community the Lord Shiva or Baba Vishwanath. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is located on the banks of River Ganges at the heart of the worlds oldest surviving city in my opinion at least 10000 years old, Varanasi, the cultural capital of India, The City of Raja Harishchandra the forefather of Lord Rama.

Among one of the twelve Jyotirlinga of Shiva, Vishweshwara or Vishwanath is enshrined in this temple. According to the old Hindu methodology It is believed that if a person did a darshan of the Jyotirlinga in his life will liberate man from the bondages of maya or the earthly entanglements of the world.

This temple and the city is as old as the human incarnation. Millions of devotees of Baba Vishwanath undertake a pilgrimage to the Kashi Vishwanath temple for a darshan that will absolve them of their sins and also, during Shravan Mash Millions of Kawanriya devotee come here for the darshana and Rudrabhishek of Baba Vishwanath.

Harishchandra ghat of Varanasi is famous from Raja Harishchandra time for the in cremation of dead bodies and every Indian who believes in this methodology has a wish if possible, to pour the remains of their cremated ancestors in to River Ganges to get solvation from this earthly world.
