Whatever the mind can conceive is highly achievable. Most of the things we still see as impossible are things no one has dared to try. A lot of things we enjoy today were once believed to be impossible.
Do not put a limiting tape on your dreams. However, understand that Rome wasn't built in a day. No matter how big your dreams are, start small so you wouldn't get overwhelmed with its complexity, then abandon it.
You can achieve anything if you believe you can.
