What are the options?

So, what are the options?, I mean the economic options?

What are the options you weighed while trying to build your choices of survival?

What was on the list? Or maybe you don’t even have a list of options you weighed. Maybe you had it all , maybe not. Maybe there was even nothing to weigh.

I doubt that, though.

Why am I asking all these questions?

There are situations in life where one has a list full of the options of the things that can rake in some money only to discover , when it truly comes to taking one of those choices, there is really nothing to pick. Nothing , I say! Or undesirable few!

It is a sad situation many people have been faced with, we try to be smart by listing the options out, then we realize we need to sacrifice something precious all the same to get what we want.

Some people sacrifice their conscience,
Some it is their happiness,
they are not happy at a job
and they even knew that before they took the job.

For some, it is their family time
which is very instrumental to the necessary bond ...
they need to form with their spouse , children, relations or friends.

For some, it is their passion time.
They can no longer attend their band sessions any more
Once the job is taken, the time they spend doing what they really love gets sacrificed completely.

And lastly, for some (maybe few), they sacrificed nothing, or almost nothing when measured on a relative scale. They were privileged.

So, what did you sacrifice? Don’t tell me but ask yourself. How precious was it? Trust me, You are not alone.

MY ADVICE:

Work towards independence, free yourself and take hold of what it is left of whatever sacrifice you made.
