Good Food!!!
What is good food?
How do you define good food? Is it quantity over quality , otherwise or a good measure of both.
Here is what I think:
Good Food is not really the most thing, what matters most is the best Eating Habits and this encompasses a lot of things which includes food quality, food quantity , eating time and body goals.

Let’s start with Body Goals. Some food clearly makes humans fatter while some does not necessarily add so much fat.

When your body goals is getting fat, you clearly match all the aforementioned eating habits to suit what you want.

Generally speaking, not everyone has a specific goal as regards food. That might seem bad but in the real sense of it, they care less about their body.

In cases like this, what matters most is that we eat only balanced diet, make all elements and nutrient present in the food so as to have a rounded meal. This includes drinks and snacks.

This way, we live a better life free and protected from diseases while our body grows maturedly.

Sort:  

Eating well is indeed a key to taking care of the only thing we really have. Our body.

Diet without an activity plan is not very effective.

Gotta stay active AND eat well!
