My absolute favourite trees of the Winter are the Mighty Spruce .....
White Spruce, Black Spruce, and Blue Spruce.... I planted one of each in my back yard along with several white pine, balsam fir, lilacs and apple trees.
Nothing holds the snow like the Mighty Spruce.
These are also beautiful trees to paint.. oil, acrylic, watercolour and digital...I will make video timelapse paintings from the above photos and post to my YouTube and HideoutTV Channels and also share here.

Well... it was beautul but quite cold and my fingers were frozen taking so many photos. But the Sauna afterwords certainly helped.
They are amazing trees that are quite beautiful decked out in snow!
Absolutely. I try to get out after every big snowfall and snow shoe or ski along the River.
