Week 58: #introduceyourself Curation Post

I was finally able to find a great solution for my Voting Power being too high and underutilized as I have been unable to engage as much given how busy work has been the past couple of months. After highlighting @heyhaveyamet in my anniversary edition of the #introduceyourself curation posts, we had a couple of great interactions on how to help each other out. They continue to do a great job on a daily basis to highlight new users coming to Steem; which I can only wish I had time to do. Given my thought that helping new users onboard and engage with the community, I decided to trail their vote!

I started with a relative low amount to measure how active they are and given the fact that I had recently given a trail vote to a Splinterlands content curator as well; I need to make sure it doesn't eat too much into my Voting Power. I have seen it now consistently around 90% which is where I have wanted it to be most of the time. Unfortunately, it has come at the sacrifice of upvoting those that actively engage with me on my posts so I have now shifted to figuring out how to best incentivize them for my appreciation of their engagement. I have also fallen behind on responding so that will also change immediately. My thought will be to start curating their recent posts and potentially following them. I am looking forward to seeing their content more often!

Robin or @robinxp just made his first post and introduction and presented his background in Information Technology as well as his passion for gaming. He is currentyly playing WoW again as his Playstation 4 is damage and deciding on whether to wait for the new one next year. He shares many interests of the communities here additional to gaming so I think he would be a great addition to the community as he engages!

Anais and Johann or their account @rawadventures just introduced themselves with their background as general health coaches focusing on natural solutions to balance the approach of a better lifestyle. They integrate their healthy living of diet and exercise with healthy living for the environment as well. I really liked how they are promoting they services here on Steem as it should definitely be done more often.

@sugarbun shared an entertaining introduction as it included some cool drawings despite the mention that she was terrible at them which I do not believe is the case after seeing them. She draws as a distraction but the humor she adds to her stories are pretty fun to read.

Katherine or @supersleuth wrote an extraordinary introduction as she has had an interesting journey in her writing which have led her now to be a passionate investigator! She has been involved in solving mysteries and in creating content to help in the process. Like many sleuths, she enjoys reading and watching true crime type content.

I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform. I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
