This type of post is what excites me about the potential of the Steem ecosystem as it demonstrates a positive and encouraging community that celebrates success. Dolphinhood is huge as only a small population have reached these levels but I think we need to celebrate these milestones with the community more often as it signals the ability to increase the distribution of the rewards pool. We should encourage more minnows to strive and achieve this level as well as they are a great community to support with lots of potential. We can rise by helping others that push us up with them rather than focusing on us growing and pulling others up.
