I know exactly what you mean. Same for Australia, but the visa conditions are making it really bad here. Otherwise I would live in Kuranda(local aboriginal artist town) with my own shop, but that's still my dream..but not for now 😊 Now we have to build up this community and getting better in the things we do right?^^ 😂
Hm, I do love Portugal, but maybe like you said the economical situation isn't great, that's why most of the people live in Luxembourg for a while and after 10 years they can get some money from the government. I think about 1300 Euro a month. And someone told me that this would be enough to live a good life there.

Yeah there are a lot of good stuff in Portugal. And for sure with 1300 per month You can have a very very comfortable life in Portugal. 😉 The problem is that for example no one gets paid that much there.
If I tell you that nurses for example work ftom 5 to 10 years by the minimum wage (500 euros) yessssssss nurses.
I know what you mean, but like I mentioned above people from Portugal are moving to Luxembourg and after 10 years working they are eligible for 1300 Euro. (kind of a pension, which they can get at a certain age, every month from the Luxembourgish government) And that's what most people are doing.
We do have the same problem, nurses are underpaid. Before I studied Makeup Artistry I was a social worker.(worked 3 years with Homeless and drug addicted people) And the payment was really bad as well. It is huge compare to Portugal, but you have to consider paying your rent which is very expensive in Luxembourg as well as food, insurance etc. All the things that you MUST have. So it's basically the same.
We need to make this decentralised ideal grow. 😊 But also we are fucked and nothing will change greatly for the next 500 years... Lol so we won't be here to see the benefits from the seeds we are planting ehehe
