We've got tickets to do the walk on the roof of the O2 @molometer. I didn't know about Observation Hill but, having seen your photographs, I'd like to try and get there too when we visit.

If you are going to be in the area it is well worth a visit. The kids loved it. Seeing all the old telescopes and the planetarium is a must if you have the time. Great photo ops everywhere.
I was in Greenwich in the summer with my daughter, for a concert at the O2, but we just wandered around and visited the market.
Hopefully John and I will get to the planetarium. We're both interested in astronomy. 😊
My sister-in-law did the O2 roof walk. Bring trainers.

Great views of London! The skyline has changed so much since I was last there in 2003. It does look scorched though....poor rainy old London town!
It's probably lovely and green now as we have had our 'usual' weather for a few days now :) The skyline is radically changed from when I was a kid and even as you say from 2003. It is quite astonishing!
I guess it is called progress. Chicago is the same way.
@molometer the pictures are pretty fascinating.the place seems to be in height,bacause large distant view can easily be seen.especially Cruise ship on the Thames.keep sharing.
It is quite high and London is in the valley below, so you can get good views across the city.
