Necessary Changes before Anxiety

The lack of understanding of people means that they can harm us more than helping us, the way they are directed towards us or what they can say to us can cause us pain because more or less social that we can be are always influenced by co-workers, of study, by our parents, siblings, our partner etc, and many times when we tell them that we have anxiety or how bad we are having it, they can believe that we are exaggerating.

Many of us fill to overload ourselves with so many problems and things, we never stop looking to create a lasting change but it is necessary and requires a lot of dedication, constant effort and, most importantly, practice, is the domain of each small step that creates a change lasting, when we acquire an overload of problems we become anxious and it is difficult to determine what is best for our lives, we jump from one possible solution to the next, applying the tools we have learned only partially, without allowing the necessary time to really practice the tools we have learned.

Advice always appears with good will but instead of helping us what they do is to harm us, really the best way to solve our anxiety is with communication, we should be grateful with those tips but if they are not helping us anything then we should use our means through a therapy, most people if they are normal and consistent people are going to stop telling you that at the end and when the people are good by nature, if in a second time that person to whom you have communicated this returns to the same , again you say something badly good because here is the time to ask you raise the tone a little and I do not speak of shouting, or insulting but if I say that if you really respect people leave the subject and warn you that you will not ask for a third time, because the next time what you're going to do is cut with that relationship because of your attitude.

We must take the necessary steps by ourselves, it can take us every day to really simplify and live without stress, it is best to examine our lives every day, which becomes part of your daily routine, something that you place on the top From your list of priorities every day, this becomes necessary and indispensable to create a lasting change in our lives.
