I like the Polish texts side by side with the English translations. I know some Russian, an Eastern Slavonic language and a distant relative of Polish, a Western Slavonic language. It is interesting to try and look for similarities. Some old word stems are similar. Prepositions, too.
Can you understand Czech or Slovakian?
Czech, Slovak and Polish have many similar words. I understand a lot, but as with all comments, I help myself with a translator.
