Gratitude Day 31/62: Time

There are many things you can do in your free time. Although sometimes what you need is to stop your locomotive and do nothing but be with yourself. Rest, reflect, meditate or write are also activities. In some moments they are the only thing you need to do, nothing more.
While you have time on earth, direct your steps on the path of good, try to act and always do something for the benefit of someone, even if it is a word of encouragement, a gesture of affection, a smile, a stimulus, do something for your neighbor and you will have the healthy heart full of joy and happiness.
Keeping yourself busy is healthy. Doing nothing can at first be pleasant but if inactivity gets too long it can create the feeling that you are letting life go by without doing anything useful. Do things for you, like taking care of your body or learning something new, you will find it pleasant. Or simply make yourself a gift, a good book, a spa session, a movie, a dress or that with which you have been dreaming for a while. If you also encourage yourself to lend your time to others, you will feel great satisfaction
