RE: "Don't the politicians of Europe have a moral obligation to step in and help with the "refugees"?"

in #busy6 years ago

There is one thing they never speak a word in TV about Poland. Poland is currently a shelter for around 2 millions of refugees and immigrants from Ukraine. That number raised from just 10k in three years! That puts Poland on a second place after UK by the number of immigrants taken lately. Yes, this means that Poland welcomed way more immigrants than Germany. Among them there are really poor individuals and whole families which faced war with Russia, their homes and workplaces destruction and catastrophic crisis. And yes, there is war on Ukraine, but it's a boring topic so you won't see much of it in TV. Why nobody mentions that Poland represented such a good act of will and all Ukrainians seeking for work or shelter in Poland are welcome? Why nobody mentions that Poland also donated big amount of money to rebuild Ukrainian economy? The answer is: because due to political correctness you better never say in TV that white people also can be poor and need help. Especially if they are not Muslims or LGBT.
