And buying STEEM is a much a part of the system as anything else; as is selling of STEEM.
Yea, I wouldn't call selling = distributing..
Just because many people have bitcoin, it was not distributed..?
Many people have fiat and it is also not distributed.
Just because something is spread it doesn't mean it was distributed.
