Long time no see - I am back!!! Lang nichtmehr gesehen - Da bin ich wieder!!! / Mucho tiempo sin vernos - estoy devuelta!!! (EN/DE/ESP)

So here I am, almost one month without new news... coming back to the platform and apologizing. - Sorry guys, I hope you didn't feel abandoned, I really didn't think it would take me so long to come back... but here I am now!!

The truth is that 1st I was traveling a lot in the past 3 weeks in the south of France with my girlfriend and later in Italy with my family, so I had some quality time without time to post something.

2nd I had some personal issues, problems, things that happened in the family and also my life, which also included a total relocation from Paris to Munich for me and things got a bit stressful.

But here I am now!! - I missed being here, and at least I managed to get back in shape, to loose 8 kilos and do a lot of sports, eating only healthy food.

That's why soon I will open the new account @thehealthylife here on steemit.. I thought I had it already, but appearently it got deleted because I didn't post in 2 weeks.. and now I had to open it again.

However, of course I will also tell you about my travels and be the curator for #beachwednesday and #sunthursday again. - Also I decided to attend the #steemfest2018 this year and will buy my ticket soon :)

So sorry for being absent, I hope you guys still be here!!

Also hier bin ich wieder, fast einen Monat ohne neue Nachrichten. Hiermit komme ich zurück zur Plattform und entschuldige mich. - Entschuldigung, ich hoffe, ihr habt mich noch nicht aufgegeben, ich dachte wirklich nicht, dass es so lange dauern würde, bis ich zurückkomme ... aber jetzt bin ich ja wieder hier!!

Die Wahrheit ist, dass ich in den letzten 3 Wochen in Südfrankreich mit meiner Freundin und später in Italien mit meiner Familie viel gereist bin, so dass ich ein bisschen die Qualitytime nutzen wollte und keine Zeit zum posten hatte.

Danach gabs einige persönliche Sachen, die mich in Schach gehalten haben: Probleme, Dinge, die in der Familie und auch meinem Leben direkt passierten, was auch zu einem kompletten Umzug von Paris nach München bedeutete und das war nunmal sehr stressig.

Aber jetzt bin ich wieder hier!! - Ich habe es vermisst, hier zu sein, und zumindest habe ich es geschafft, wieder in Form zu kommen, 8 Kilo zu verlieren, viel Sport zu treiben und nur gesundes Essen zu essen.

Deshalb werde ich bald den neuen Account @theehealthylife hier auf Steemit eröffnen. Ich dachte, ich hätte es schon, aber anscheinend wurde er gelöscht, weil ich in 2 Wochen nicht gepostet habe ... und jetzt musste ich ihn nochmal anfordern.

Natürlich werde ich euch auch weiterhin von meinen Reisen erzählen und wieder Kurator für #beachwednesday und #sunthursday sein. - Dieses Jahr werde ich auch beim # steemfest2018 teilnehmen und mir bald ein Ticket kaufen :)

Es tut mir so leid, dass ich abwesend war, ich hoffe ihr seid noch alle hier !!

Así que aquí estoy, casi un mes sin noticias nuevas ... volviendo a la plataforma y disculpándome. - Lo siento muchachos, espero que no se sientan abandonados, realmente no pensé que me tomaría tanto tiempo regresar ... ¡pero aquí estoy ahora!

La verdad es que primero estuve viajando mucho en las últimas 3 semanas en el sur de Francia con mi novia y luego en Italia con mi familia, así que tuve tiempo de calidad sin tiempo para publicar algo.

Segundo tuve algunos problemas personales, cosas que sucedieron en la familia y también en mi vida, que también incluye una reubicación total de París a Munich para mí y las cosas se pusieron un poco estresantes.

¡Pero aquí estoy ahora! - Eché de menos estar aquí, y al menos logré volver a estar en forma, perder 8 kilos y hacer muchos deportes y comer solo alimentos saludables.

Es por eso que pronto abriré la nueva cuenta @thehealthylife aquí en Steemit. Pensé que ya la tenía, pero parece que se eliminó porque no publiqué en 2 semanas ... y ahora tuve que volver a abrirla.

Sin embargo, por supuesto, también le contaré sobre mis viajes y seré la curadora de #beachwednesday y #sunthursday nuevamente. - También decidí asistir al # steemfest2018 este año y compraré mi boleto pronto :)
