炒币获利十万入刑？？？

最近一则新闻在各大区块链论坛被转载。
因为国内加强了外汇管制，而且最近强调了变相买卖外汇。导致币圈人士很紧张。
而炒币行为看上去也是一种变相的外汇买卖。
如果十万入刑，要抓一大票啊。。。。。。
尴尬的是，目前国内本来就不支持比特币交易。在这种大前提下，想要最高法出来表态比特币不是变相外汇买卖，我觉得有点难。
百万炒币大军可能要走在违法边缘了。
加上steemit被封。心里一阵凉凉。。。。。
cn区肉身在国内的大V们。有5万steem的要小心了。 ：）
有1万steem的也要小心。搞不好steem涨回去了呢！ ：）
