Do you have a "retirement age"? We get a pension 3/4 of a minimum wage, at age 65, but we can still work after that if we want to, and the boss will have us.
I'll have to work up to 5 years after my own funeral I think....then I'll be able to retire. Ha ha! I'm still young so don't have a choice here. Our retirement age is 65 and also depends on the boss.... and company policy, but I work for a private person.
