EAT PROPERLY TO ACTIVELY STEEMING
### Dear friends,

I was am very energetic every Sunday after church because we eat in buffet style all-together often. At home, I lose motivation and energy to post in Steemit if there are only a few of foods served during a meal. But I am very productive sometimes depending on the snack I eat.

Every time I go to the grocery stores, I make sure to know the nutritional facts of the commercialized goods before buying 'coz as they say, we are what we eat. Our energy comes from foods. In every movement of our body, our power decreases. It is always important to eat meals with energy booster for our works. After burning up the foods, we can gain a lot of stamina. When we go to the gym, we use our forces. When we run and fetch water, we use our energy. If we lift dumbells using our body tissues, we will be tired easily because we already burned those foods we ate before we drill. Even if we read and write, we use energy although it's not a very hard task.
#### The Energy from Foods
Now that I'm in my 20's, I am very meticulous in foods. I usually pick foods that won't make me weak such as the boiled egg. This is one of the reasons why I lose weight faster because it's enough without rice. In my own experience, I am not hungry throughout the day after eating the boiled egg. When we go to the gym, we see many people consider egg as their meal.
At the farm, however, the farmers usually eat cassava, potatoes, corn, and banana to boost their energy in doing heavy works. These foods are rich in carbohydrates. People in a white collar job eat foods less than the farmers. Adolescents need to eat a lot of foods because it is in this age where their bodies are very active.
The energy we get from foods gives us the power to move our bodies. It controls our respiratory system to function. It also warmth our bodies.
#### Foods and Drinks for Energy Booster
At work, I usually avoid drinking a coffee because it sucks my energy. Then I'll be shaking and sweating colder. So, instead of that, I just switch fresh milk and juice. But no one compares water. A person may get weak if he is dehydrated. Aside from treating our dehydration by water, there are many diseases that this element can heal such as a headache, dyspepsia, coughing, and diseases prevention.
In foods, white rice and bread are commonly important. If no rice, banana, and camote are good to collect energy without experiencing tummy bloating. We should always eat foods that are rich in carbohydrates if we work a lot.
The information below is the list of activities we usually do and the exact rate of the activity which foods are used. Kilocalories is where energy is put.
lying down- 1.3 to 1.6 kilocalories
sitting still- 1.6 to 1.9 kilocalories
standing up- 1.9 to 2.1 kilocalories
walking- 3.8 kilocalories
running fast- 9-12 kilocalories
swimming- 9 kilocalories
The above information gives us the rate of using our energy per minute. How about you? How much food energy do you use if you still sleep in the afternoon within 2 hours or if you hike 30 minutes?
The energy of the food we digest is called chemical energy. When our body digests the food, the food energy will be transformed into the heat energy. It enables us to run or the other kinds of tasks at home. If we push a table, somebody parts will be changed into the energy of motion in the cart.

Burning the calories are good too st times as it prevents undue fats storage in the body.
I never knew we used up calirioes why sleeping too.
If we use up energy during sleeping. How come do we seem to gain consiouness and strength when we are awake?
