Controversial debate over the best XI of the World Cup
The World Cup in Russia has ended last Sunday. After two days, FIFA announced the best XI of the tournament.But strangely Argentine football magician Lionel Messi and Portuguese star Ronaldo who shared the last 10 Ballon d'Or is not in the list.
However, world's top favorite Brazil who went out of the quarter-finals still the team's two star forward Neymar and midfielder Paulinho XI got the place. The list filled with players from 5 countries .France's winning team. Brazil, Croatia and England are both in this list. The remaining one is Belgium. However, there is debate because names of the Golden Ball and the Golden Gloves winner is not there.
The English striker Harry Kane won the Golden Boot with a maximum of 6 goals in the tournament. Question is why Neymar was kept instead of him? Although controversy over Neymar's hold does not have much debate about why not keeping Kane. Because most of the English captain's goals are scored from the penalty. But there is a lot of debate about Neymar's holding. Football experts claim that Neymar has seen some flick in the last two matches, but he did not perform as well as the best XI.The question has been raised about another Brazilian star Paulinho too. It is said that, France player Pagba or Kante had performed very well. Even the Brazilian attacking midfielder Coutinho could have stayed there. According to someone, Neymar can be replaced by Kutinoho. But why Neymar?
