[Introduction to Korean Food] Naeng-myeon
Hello?? I am @ korea-food ...
This time I will introduce Korean food called Naeng-myeon.
Myeon means noodle in Korean.
Naeng means cold in Korean.
So it is the food that Koreans often eat in hot summer.
In fact, it was impossible to get ice in the summer when the refrigerator came out.
Originally about 100 years ago, our ancestors ate Naeng-myeon in the winter with ice.
However, as technology such as refrigerator developed, we were able to eat Naeng-myeon coolly in summer.
Naeng-myeon is as below, and can be eaten by adding various spices.
Then go to Naeng-myeon specialty restaurant and have Dumplings together.
Dumplings are a kind of food that is cooked by putting various vegetables and meat into a dough.
Today is the introduction of Korean food here.
