Tiny Home in the Future?

So the topic of homes can up again @stacyquast last week when I was in Costa Rica. I was sent a house listing to look at and wasnt sure how to respond because we literally just arrived to Austin TX 3mo. and feel like we're still getting settled and learning the city. I responded as such and then she popped the question about tiny homes. This has come up before and I've always changed the subject, showed disinterest, or flat out said nope. Speaking with @raserrano has led me to be more open to the idea, much to the chagrin of @stacyquast!

For me at this point, it's more about a consideration and metaphor of was possible for the future, and what do I need to let go of in terms of thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional attachments in order to move forward.

I was open to visiting some tiny home models today and they interesting to see! There were basically 4 different layouts and to be honest, I was intrigued! Here are some pictures:

Our thoughts about them were that when we decide to make a change, we will most likely design our own, as there were elements of each that we like. Who knows...maybe we can rent one for a while to actually see what's it's like.
