Depends where you live imo. Here in the US, limited to a few exchanges- Gemini.com, Coinbase.com, or GDAX.com. My bank accts are linked to both. I can get BTC instantly from Coinbase, need to wait 5-7 days before I can txr BTC out of Gemini.com. Localbitcoin.com also a good option- holds BTC in escrow until deal is done- no banks, etc. Just meet in a public space and exchange Euro (or whatever) into BTC- you might have to pay a premium for the convenience of it all...
