Olivia (Lucy Hale) with her group of friends have a trip to Mexico, after being there they decide to play TRUTH OR CHALLENGE in a church and to everyone's surprise the place is cursed and the game is also, so now they're caught playing a damn version and really corrupted or challenged and if you do not tell the truth or you do not meet the challenge you will die in a very horrible way.
They will have to say between meeting a challenge that will most likely kill him or a truth that ruins his life and even destroys his friendship
The game is not over until everyone dies...
