I know some good designers. Can you be more specific on the "we are hiring"? Can you give me more details, what do you need, what do you offer them back, etc.?
it's totally opened to discussions.. We are already in the process with couple leads, i work with great designers for more than 10 years, know a lot of people in this industry but we'd rather work with someone understanding our vision and maybe from the crypto space, also people not doing this only for money but to be part of this revolution. but in terms of standard/high quality, except etherdesign and some guys like cass, we're really demanding towards Design. Most of the time what people call good design, i don't like it :)
