Posting Streak Broken!
I tried so hard not to break my posting streak but with Steem down for almost a day yesterday, I don't have a choice but to give up. T_T
According to SteemitBoard.com, I have already successfully managed to write a post for each day of the month for 16 months!!!
I have been on Steem for 21 months now, so that means I have missed to get the monthly badge award above ~5 times. XD
I remember that I only started to take blogging (or posting) seriously the second month that I stumbled on this platform. And so I made it a goal that starting in my third month, I will post 1 blog post each day regardless of how little author rewards I will get since it's still basically free money for me. XD That went well until HardFork20 where Steem was also down for almost a day and so my posting streak was also broken that day.
I don't know where the other two misses are from but if I would take a guess maybe it was that time where I publish my post way right before going to bed in hope to get upvotes from Steem users in the western countries (I normally publish my posts at 2:30PM-3:00PM PH time which is around 2:30AM-3:00 AM US time; so most of them are asleep XD) I did get some upvotes from some dolphins/orcas when I did that but my mind works better in the afternoon so I just stick with my usual schedule.
Anyway that's that, posting streak is once again broken so no monthly reward badge for me this month. XD
Steemitboard should skip yesterday given the entire Steem platform was down for so long :)
