How to Make a Banana Rai

Combine 1 pack of KOBE Flour Fried banana with 80ml water. Mix well until it becomes dough.

Boil 500ml of water and pandan leaves until boiling.

Take 1 banana. Dip it in a dough of KOBE Flour Fried Banana Flour until smooth. Scroll into KOBE Dried Fried Banana Flour.

After flattening, put the banana into boiling water and cook until cooked. Lift and chill.

Scroll into the steamed grated coconut.
