I'd like to add: if everything works well, in 2019 governance of the Steem-ecosystem will rely on two pillars: technology and community. At the end it is a socio-technological system. @pennsif 's SOS-forums already show the direction. It's a great community gathering there and for sure a lot of good ideas and actions will emerge, brought forward by devs and non-devs in equal parts.
