BNI Syariah will build data centers, security devices, and digital applications this year to provide safe and convenient services to its customers. BNI Syariah has budgeted Rp 70 billion for technology capital expenditure in 2018. Business Director of BNI Syariah Dhias Widhiyati said that his side keep trying to improve service by seeing the change of desire from customer. "From 2.4 million customers approximately 40 percent are customers of Y and Z generation," Dhias said as quoted by Kontan.co.id, Monday (26/4/2018).
