DIDACTIC - A new word to my vocabulary

When life wants to teach you lessons, it throws remarkable experiences at you. And like my dad will always say

Expression of thought is the hallmark of general intelligence .

And so , this is me doing a little of that expression.

Life has taught me a lot thus far but I have learnt so much from my medical school experience than I can count

discipline
courage amidst confronting challenges
organization
team work
above all , the valueof human life and our existence

Today wasn't just another day in school, but was an introductory experience into the world of obstetrics and gynecology. I really felt proud today being a doctor in training.

My attention was drawn to the word DIDACTIC used severally by the head of department of O&G and a lot of the professors in attendance

You'll have a whole month of Didactic lectures

I heard this over and over and this made me look up the word.

intended to teach, particularly in having moral instruction as an ulterior motive.

Getting this meaning amazed me and made me appreciate the the profession and life at large.
Life tends to throw us didactic experiences regularly. These experiences are not meant to break us but has an ulterior motive of shaping us into something better .

Am sure your smiling right now thinking of that really challenging situation that won't let you sleep. Only time will tell but at the end you'll get to appreciate them.
