In the face of Adversity

When you face adversity, it is important to give yourself time to process what is happening, some people will tell you to forget it and move on, but if you try to move forward immediately, it will be impossible for you not to continually reflect on what is happening to you. It can take a day, a week, or two, the key is to make sure it does not take so long, that you are completely mentally blocked and can not move on.

Consider your possibilities, by asking yourself a simple question, What is possible? By asking what is possible, you destroy the current limitations and achieve a blank canvas, life flows and flows, sometimes the conditions are fantastic, sometimes they are terrible, but they always improve, it is normal to take two steps back, if the final purpose is to overtake twenty.

When you come across a major setback, it is inevitable that you have some reaction, and it is possible that this is not positive. What could end up causing long-term damage, therefore, it is better to avoid any reaction. Stop resisting the circumstances, you have probably heard the words, what resists persists or what happened has happened, resisting something will not change that, it will keep you trapped exactly where you are and ultimately kill your energy.

What differentiates successful people from others is that they will continue when most people have surrendered, will go to the point of no return and never look back, thereby guaranteeing success, by maintaining their composure in front of the adversity, you will be able to navigate in the waters of life even when they become a little agitated.
