Living And Walking in Spirit

Galatians 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Christ has given us the grace to live in the Spirit. This is clearly understood because to live in the Spirit means living in the word of God. The Lord declared ' It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life'(John 6:63). The word is Spirit, HALLELUJAH! It's amazing because when we speak the word, we are speaking Spiritual realities into manifestation. Living in the Spirit means living the life of God and operating in His truth. Are you living in the Holy Spirit?

A step further is walking in the Spirit. It's a domain of doing things that can only be spiritually decerned. It's the attitude of doing what God says even when it's not yielding result. It's doing it because God said so without considering the benefit of self. This is a realm of selfless service to the Almighty God. Brethren, walking in the Spirit means totally surrendering our all to the guidance of God's Spirit. This is the heartbeat of God. Dwell in this.

Dear Father, thank you for giving us your Spirit through Christ. We long to live and walk more in the Spirit. Please help us to daily be selfless in doing this, in Jesus name. Amen.
