Be Fruitful
Luke 13:8-9 And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:
And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.
The master was ready to cut down the unfruitful fig tree. He was tired of investing without reaping profits. This is a clear spiritual picture of heavenly setting. God is blessing people and nations, but it's sad that many are unfruitful in the kingdom. Many receive but contribute nothing to the growth of the kingdom. Are you fruitful? One who is fruitful is useful and one who's unfruitful is useless to Christ Jesus. The time to cut down the unfruitful is at hand. Rise up and be useful from today. In your locality, church or work place, what are you doing to show the world the need to come to Jesus? What is God proud of concerning your sonship in the family of God?
Don't be a bench warmer, be a contributor to the growth of God's family. Arise and love. Care for the brethren and you shall remain relevant till Christ comes.

Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us the opportunity to contribute to the growth of your family. Please forgive us for being unfruitful before now and help us to be fruitful and relevant to you, in Jesus name. Amen.
