Trying out the tools
The header size button is nice. It shows the result, and adds the proper number of pound signs at the start of a new line. Bold also adds the proper markdown codes, as does italics.
the quotation button automatically includes the carat. The link button adds a frame for users to type text and the code. For example, this is a rickroll. Don't say you weren't warned. The image button works similarly.
Images can also be copy/pasted from a computer folder into this text editor. I can also type in the markdown code for other functions, like the pull-left and pull-right commands, and it shows properly in the preview panel. So far, this is passing all the basic tests I can think of for anything I might try to type.
The options below the preview include upvoting this post myself or not and choosing the reward split, 100% power up, or decline payout altogether just like in Steemit.
So far, at least after a cursory examination, Busy 2.0 looks like a success already! Click here for the beta announcement thread from the devs! Perhaps the next iteration of the Story Cubes contest will be made here instead of in Steemit!
I've been posting exclusively from nd.busy (beta site) for almost a week - no problems at all. I still use steemit for everything else, though. I also appreciate the link to steemd in the drop-down upper right of the screen.

Sending SBD is doable, but cumbersome. Steemit is still a better way to pay. Some of it might be due to using a private browsing window that doesn't save logins or other cookies though.
I'm starting to use it for viewing replies and some editing tasks on published posts. Still coming back to steemit thought for anything that requires an active key. I so think when they get it just a bit further it will be better than steemit. faster anyway...
