At first it was easy to create a community at STEEMIT because we met people who had the same ideas, interests, or hobbies. Departing from that uniformity, a community has a vision, mission, goals, and activities to be achieved together. But is maintaining the community enough to make joint activities alone? this is a question now!

In my opinion, there are several ways to build and to keep this community in STEEMIT growing and developing and staying at home with diversity,

1. Show Excitement When Meeting Members in the STEEMIT Community

When you see friends and family, show your happiness. This is always well received by others. There is no harm in showing our positive feelings because other people will surely be happy to receive them.

2. Free All People to Share Stories and Participate in fields they like, so that they are not saturated.

In the end, everyone wants to be heard, then give everyone the same opportunity. For example, we hold regular coffee events because we want to gather our STEEMIT community members and each member will have a feeling of belonging after being released to share stories.

3. Forget small talk that harms the community at STEEMIT

Why do we have to be polite? It's a boring conversation. Deepen your conversation with other members, such as knowing what is loved by family or friends, talking about relationships or talking about other private conversations. This is fun because it makes the conversation not monotonous. and give the best in each of their works to build diversity in each member's creativity ideas.

Instead of just asking "How is your day?" It's better to ask "What interesting things happened to you today?" And give them the opportunity to see the results of their work and how to appreciate according to what they make, both the writing and the videos they make .

4. Give Praise as Often as Possible

Like when people want to be heard, of course people also want to be given praise, even though the quality is not enough, do not immediately judge the writing or video content is not quality. Praise members who do positive and proud things. So that the member will continue to try other things.

5. Cultivate the trust to continue to keep them working

By praising members it will make the person confident. After that, the person will be himself. We also have to be ourselves, so that this community will be filled by people who are confident to be themselves in the midst of the uniformity of the community.

6. Challenge Members to Do the Best

Praising is a good thing, but it's even better if you make sure the members do the best they can do for themselves. If you want to help, tell and help them, do it well and patiently.

7. Connecting People

Always think of who you know who can help the community. Make connections where both parties benefit and produce good relationships.

So, it's not easy to develop and maintain a community, so it doesn't hurt you to try my ksta-words above.
