Use of flowers in music
Songs like poems are also more used in flowers. Our national poet Kazi Nazrul Islam used to use flowers in more than all the lyricists. In almost all the flowers, which are available in the subcontinent, they have somehow mentioned songs in their songs. Even those flowers which are of no interest to the people, Nazrul composed a number of songs about them. For example, the 'Remote Islanders'

In another song, Bell's flower-
'Do not want to bring Bell flowers to Bakul.

Named after flower
Flowers are preferred by people. That's why people named the beloved child's name in the name of flower. The names of girls can be seen in the names of the following flowers: Sheyoli, Chameli, Shefali, Kamini, Malati, Shirin, Nargis, Kanakchampa, Aparajita, Yuthi, Bakul, Jasmine, Tulip, Hasnahanna, Dalia, Mallika, Hena, Jhumka, Jabha, Parul, Mahua, Champa, Bakul, Kayya etc. The name of boys is seen in the name of flowers like googar, rose, bakul, pial, rose, shimul, palash etc.
Treatment with flowers
Flowers are not only used to enhance the beauty of the exterior, but also to treat various diseases of Manabang. One of the few of the flowers used in medicine is Juba, Kadam, Palash, Belly and Dadmardhanful.
